Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Responsible for call handling
  • Cooperated with Customer Services Engineer (CSE), Technical Support Engineer (TSE) and Logistic for supporting customer
  • Prepare any related documents to support the requirement from customer
  • Spare Parts Process & stock movement belonging to Customer Services (CS)
  • Monitoring the products update modification
  • Cooperated with ASEAN and Headquarter service support center
  • Install base management
  • Prepare Headquarter and local report

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Communication capability (Thai and English) both written and verbal
