Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

Setup, maintain and optimize China & global return service process

-close communication and cooperation with related internal Siemens stakeholders.

Drive and optimize goods return movement process

- coordination with Production, supplier chain management, finance and IT for service cases handling.

Handle customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction, and continuously drive product quality improvement.

Planning on service center

- spare parts, packaging material, investment and consumables management.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

5 years above customer quality service experience.

Project management experience, Lead some projects is preferably.

Electronic products manufacturing experience and circuit analysis ability.

Leadership exposure (e.g. projects, small teams)

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.

Good communication skill, capable to collaborate with diversified functions, colleagues and customers.

Experience in an international company is preferred.
