Sales Support Operator

- Works on customer inquiries and creates offers for the customer (preliminary basic technical clarification, commercial clarification incl. creditworthiness, export control checks verification, determination of delivery dates, reservation of inventory and if applicable manufacturing capacities, information regarding offer validity) to create the prerequisites for closing a contract.
- Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales or project management organization.
- Handles requests from the sales organization.
