Job Description:

We are looking for an Customer Support Engineer for after sales coordination and administration, mostly using SAP and SFDC. Your role will include:

  • Update active repair cases (Internal/external repair status updates)
  • Receiving diagnostic reports and offers
  • Follow up of repair terms
  • Offer second line support
  • Contact with vendors
  • In charge of updating and managing manuals of the different products when technical information is provided 

Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics is a plus
  • Creativity towards process improvement
  • Eye for detail
  • Process Minded
  • Full English working proficiency is required
