Exchange Administrator support OneGM (m/f)

OneGM is a team of experienced Microsoft Exchange Administrator referred to as a Central Messaging Service Provider (CMSP). CMSPs provide a matured technical foundation and experienced skill-set within messaging and its required services. Exchange Organization support will be offered at the highest level, (LV3). CMSPs are members of a global team One Global Messaging or OneGM. OneGM will maintain the messaging application on cost-effective systems serving at peak performance for high availability efforts. OneGM will align with OneAD to get the highest level of performance tuning for the mission-critical enterprise systems.
What are my responsibilities?
Technical leadership role for the messaging infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting to enable peak performance for high availability
Monitor, debug, troubleshoot, and administrate the hybrid Exchange Online infrastructure
Monitor and fine-tune logging methods for high performance, availability, and featured security analysis for the On-Premise Exchange infrastructure.
Manage & delegate permissions for the Exchange Organization, utilizing Active Directory security groups and the Role based access control.
Provide third tier support to the Decentral Messaging Service Provider (DMSP) for fault analysis, remediation, and instructional guidelines for monitoring, maintenance, and administration best practices.
Maintain incident/problem management in accordance to published SLAs, tracking via Siemens FITS.
Utilize the team mailbox OneGM_it@siemens.com for testing and communications with DMSPs
Develop, modify, and/or maintain PowerShell scripts for automation within the exchange organization
Schedules and perform installs and upgrades, maintaining them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate w/OneAD on service support and maintenance for hardware/software level alignment of security and best practices in OS, OS UPDATES; BACKUP OS, TRENDMICRO, TPAM, SCOM, ETC.
Function independently and with confidence to offer advice for process improvements; including the enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Provide independent technical consulting (EXPERT LEVEL) for all departments and divisions within Siemens AG (reactive) and participate/lead collaboration meetings with internal teams/outside professional relations teams that are hosted on-site or virtual
Coordination partner / provider interaction and collaboration i.e.: Microsoft, Atos, and SIEMENS units, others as required
Maintain the backup procedures for exchange objects
Participate and complete project tasks to meet deadlines set by Project Management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) or relevant experience working in medium/large enterprise environment
Proven ability in IT infrastructure planning, performance monitoring, and development.
A minimum of three years' experience with Windows Server platforms.
A minimum of five years' experience administering Microsoft Exchange.
Extensive experience with services and support of Microsoft Exchange On-Prem 2010 / higher
Established ability to support Exchange Online (Office 365 Hybrid) and all dependent services
Management knowledge of non-system Public Folders
Comfortable using PowerShell scripting for administration and automation purposes
Background with Active Directory and Services related to Active Directory
Background with Microsoft Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2012(R2)
Working knowledge of VMware or similar virtualization technology
Understand the impact of a Firewall/LAN/WAN configurations in the enterprise/site/region
Function within project management (project co-operation) and performing in accordance to ITIL
