Job Description

The Healthcare Education Product Manager is responsible for the clinical management, development and promotion of the Education Services & Education Skills Management (ESM) portfolio, within the Siemens Healthineers Customer Services team. 

You will work closely with the Service Development Manager to support the creation of new solutions and offerings, with a focus on the clinical aspects required to grow this service.

Your mission and responsibilities: 

Together with the Service Development Manager, be responsible for identifying, developing and marketing new offerings & solutions in the education services & ESM portfolio.

Collaborate with key opinion leaders professional bodies, academic institutions to build the profile of Siemens Healthineers as a provider of education and to support the development of appropriate offerings and content

Responsible for the assessment, commercialisation and achievement  of results for new solutions and opportunities

Together with the Service Development Manager develop go-to-market strategy’s to include communications, product positioning and proposition to support new business roll out

Support the Sales organisation in developing bespoke and tailored education packages for key projects and respond to education elements within tenders

Provide customer presentations and deliver education product support to the Sales organisation at customer sites and conferences

Line manage the clinical education team of subject matter experts and portfolio manager 

Your qualifications and experiences:

Clinical experience of working within a Radiology department

Strong understanding of the UK market, in particular the NHS and its challenges

Business qualification e.g. MBA

Line management experience

Teaching experience and/or experience of developing/delivering education using  a variety of methods e.g. virtual, classroom, symposiums

Experience of working in a sales environment 

Your attributes and skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal  with customers and staff at all levels, so to understand their needs & requirements and develop offers accordingly

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across and as part of a team 

This is a homebased role and could be located anywhere in the UK.
