SLC CD C OR_Business Operation Consultant, Beijing
For our Operational Review team in Beijing, we are looking for a Business consultant with a CM/BA/CRM/SCM/PM/CPM/FSP background from Division at the earliest opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
- Driving planning and perform analyses of business status quo
- Conducting client interviews and workshops
- Developing action recommendations and plans
- Preparing management report
- Steering implementation modules and guiding client team members
- Assessing the implementation outcome
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in business operations in Siemens and/or Siemens-related industries, preferably in China
- Intensive theoretical and practical experience in at least one of the following or similar areas, e.g. Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Commercial Project Management, Data Mining, Procurement, Logistics, etc.
- General project management experience in an international business setting
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
- Outstanding communication skills in fluent English
- Mobility and flexibility
