Job Description

*Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods to assembly lines. 
*Plans, measures and reports the effectiveness of the area through the Shop Floor Management methodology in a daily basis. 
*Ensures the accuracy of inventory in the IM warehouses and supermarket areas. 
* Determines staffing levels and assigns workload.
*Interface with customers to answer questions and / or solve problems. 
*Lives the 5s methodology 
*Measures the performance of suppliers and tracks missing parts until receiving and dispatching to assembly line.
*Measures suppliers Kanban service levels and reports anomalies. 
*Performs cycle counts in the IM warehouses and identifies root causes of discrepancies.
