  • Your tasks include working on various questions on concepts and improvements in medical technology and their supporting infrastructures

  • Fields of working can be: Electrical engineering, Microcontroller programming of prototype software, rapid prototyping, testing etc.

  • As part of your role in innovation Think Tank Oxford at Siemens Magnet Technology you will

  • Work in an interdisciplinary project team in one or more areas of electronical engineering, software development, experimentation, rapid prototyping, testing, product design etc.

  • Support visualisation of innovative complex processes and workflows

  • Support Rapid Prototyping and 3D Modelling topics

  • Develop potential approaches for digitalization at Siemens Magnet Technology

  • You will implement new software and manufacturing tools

This position may suit you best, if you are interested in solving real problems in the field of medical technology.

  • You are currently studying biomedical engineering, medical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, health economics, economics, industrial engineering or similar, at least in the 3rd semester.

  • You are interested in working on a variety of different interdisciplinary projects

  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is desirable

  • You feel at home in a multicultural, interdisciplinary environment

  • You are open to new ideas and are interested both in working independently and in working in a team.

    The internship period depends on the study regulations of your university.
