IT 2nd Level Support - Digital Service Center - Lisbon
• 2nd Level Support in projects and service contracts;
• Monitoring of installations via remote monitoring, SW inspections;
• On-site support during system start-up phases.
• Degree in computer science, or a comparable field of study or, alternatively, a successfully vocational training in IT systems;
• One year of experience in support activities;
• Basic knowledge in programming languages/concepts;
• Basic knowledge in SQL;
• Basic knowledge of common server systems and network technology;
• Very good Portuguese and English skills (mandatory).
• Some travel may be required.
• Responsiveness to requests for service
• Attention to detail
