Job Description

What will be my responsibilities?

  • Perform project related tasks in a project manager role for upcoming and ongoing projects
  • Take over responsibility and implement local projects in a project manager role, e.g. Proof of Concepts within the region

  • Prepare and coordinate transnational Siemens project teams as well as professional contact to external business partner

 Keep on developing the strategy for the ITS Hub

  • Continuously monitor, control and adapt the current strategy to changing market environments

  • Conduct market research in order to identify countries for market entry and business opportunities to pursue

  • Derive a customized market entry and growth strategy for identified countries

  • Update a profound business plan for the Intelligent Traffic System Hub

Assist senior management

  • Prepare documents for performance review meetings

  • Assist Management in creating presentations for conferences, management meetings and project concepts

  • Be involved in customer co-creation workshops, support customer meetings

 

 What do i need to do to qualify for this job?

  • Acquired an undergraduate degree in business and / or engineering related field of study

  • Preferably possess knowledge in project management

  • Preferably have experience in strategy development and implementation

  • Be self-dependent / work well with low level of guidance from management

  • Be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to foster a positive work environment

  • Able to effectively develop key working relationships with employees, vendors and customers

  • Possess excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English

  • Have proficient Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

  • Can commit to 6 months

  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment!
