1.      Setup compliance system in the JV in according to Siemens Healthineers Compliance requirement for minority Shareholder


  1. Risk management. Design and Implement internal controls and procedures to assure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company guidelines.

  2. Implement compliance rules according to Siemens requirement

  3. Managing audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues

  4. Monitor and review relevant process.

  5. Perform relevant communication and training.

     


This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.


  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, legal or internal audit.

  2. Understanding of the processes and regulatory requirements associated with medical organization development, regulatory and safety operation.

  3. Independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
