Job Description

Knowledge Requirement :Sales Experience, Project Management, People Management, Service SLA Management, Stakeholder Management, Product Development experience is a plus

Qualification and Experience:12-15 years of work experience in service industry preferably in IBMS Industry, MBA is a plus, Team Handling, IBM Service / Commissioning experience, Strong Client Exposure, Should have independently driven at least 1 Process driven project for system improvement, Update on Digitalization trends and developments.

Role: Advanced Service Centre Delivery and Order Intake, , Value Added Service and Digitalization Sales, Service L1  Support inline with SLA, App Ownership and Marketing, Connect to Customer , Asset Connectivity, Service Platform Implementation and Operation Lifecycle
