The Project Administrator and Technical Sales Specialist in Medium Voltage Motors and Drives, will be responsible to execute projects without NCC's and to support the customer to specify Siemens brand in motors and drives (Technical sales) in the Center and South Region of México.
-Focus Customers: Automotive, OEMs, EPC’s, Metals, Mining, Cement & Sugar companies. Dedicated to carrying out investment projects that involve medium voltage drives & motors products.
-Annual Commitments: Achieve and exceed personal / team goals and the annual profitable sales plans with assigned customers. Also achieve and exceed KPIs for project execution.
-Portfolio Promotion: Disseminate information and coordinate presentations about medium voltage drives, motors, generators and test bed systems
-Business Development: Meet in an early stage customer needs and/or specific requirements, identifying business opportunities, aligned with segment BU strategy.
-Project Execution: Will be responsible to execute all projects awarded to the segment
-Customer Relationship: Understand customer organization; build good and long term business relationship, recognizing key decision makers, developing a strong contact network with top management, purchasing and technical areas.
-Customer profile: Identify to each customer, key aspects such as geographic coverage, areas of expertise, focus sectors, brands, preferences, etc.
-Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Excecutions and / or Technical sales positons or similar.
-Electrical / Automation Engineering or similar
-Full Availability to Travel (Center and South Region of México)
-Intermediate or advance knowledge in medium voltage drives & motors, as well as low and medium voltage generators.
-Intermediate experience as project manager for small and medium projects.
-Basic or Intermediate knowledge in test bed for diesel/electric or hybrid motors.
