1.Performs all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production- and delivery backlogs, procurement situations, personnel resources, cycle times, material delivery times, in order to create the conditions for an optimum production sequence.
2.Follow up all customer orders: Manage and follow up order process/ Make production plan /Take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement
3.Check and push material: Daily check of missing material and follow up together with material management to ensure all material can be available before production start date.
4.Coordinate and control the whole process related to the order services which include e.g. customer witness test, customer on site order status audit, CIQ documentation preparation, especially certification requirement to ensure smooth order process.
5.Weekly stastic order receiving & turn over /Weekly make forecast to make material plan and help production department to arrange production capacity
6.Check and confirm complete order data of fert and halb material to ensure smooth order process.
7.Responsible for inventory for WIP and UBC: Confirm the optimum order delivery date to minimize WIP&UBC inventory.
1.Well skilled in computer application e.g. Access, Excel PPT etc. SAP knowledge is perferred.
2.Good English communicating skills in both speaking and writing.
3.Product technique knowledge.
4.Knowledge of international trade
