Job Description

o Document tickets thoroughly and take ownership of issues to see problems through to resolution 
o Ensure that customers are kept up-to-date
o Technical resolution of application and platform issues in close cooperation with R&D
o Coordination of escalated Incident Requests as single point of contact for our customers
o Communication of Customer Problems / Product Requirements to Product Management

o BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech  
o 3 to 8 years of experience in a technical position
o Programming in one of the following languages
? Java / JavaScript
o Strong Customer Focus
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
o Preferred experience in building, deploying and maintaining production application on AWS
