Job Description

What are my responsibilities ?

- manage projects (as system integrator or subcontractor) as commercial project manager
- support commercial bidding activities (bid documentations, 
- manage internal reporting (Order booking, Forecasting, etc)
- manage internal&external audits for respective projects
- handle project logistics (with internal and external parties)
- manage project contract management
- manage project procurement (internal&external suppliers) with SCM
- interface with external customer
- manage project AR collection

- Internal: procurement, legal, tax, division controlling, accounting, LCC, etc.;
- External: customer, forwarders, vendors, etc.

How do I need to qualify for this job ?

  • in writing and speaking, communication, and computer skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge in finance and international trade.
  • Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude.
  • Interest in helping and working with customers.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite is a must.
