Job Description

o carry out installation and maintenance of medical equipment with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction, enhancing service image and profitability within the framework of corporate guidelines and policies 

CUSTOMER SERVICE
 - Install and maintain equipment
 - Train customers on applications and operational aspects
 - Acts as an information channel between customer and organisation
 - Co-ordinate with vendors
 - Seek technical support from TSC / HSC
 In order to provide maximum uptime of the equipment to the customers. 
 

SERVICE PRODUCTS SELLING
 Actively pursue sales of service contracts & other service products, collects payments in order to achieve set targets. 

SERVICE SYSTEMS & PROCESS
 Coordinates spares supply, return of defective parts, Ensures upkeep of tools & instruments in order to render effective service. 

SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
 Has to connect the system on SRS and also responsible for Proactive monitoring
