Advises managers, employees and HRBP for customized learning programs;
Leads projects for internal learning events.
This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
5 - 10 years experience in Learning and Development, including but not limited to program design and delivery according to business development needs;
Passion& insight in learning and development field;
Strong communication & collaboration, and project management skill;
Working/project experience in specific functions like sales, finance, and etc., with solution-mindset is preferred.
