For CP business unit, we are looking for Product Sales Specialist. The main responsibility is to promote Siemens CP portfolio in the responsible area, support SU sales and jointly develop target customers to gain market share in the local market.

What are my responsibilities?

-       Analyze market & business opportunity of responsible product

  • Define and execute regional S-BTA strategy for responsible product
  • With focus on increasing transparency of competitor’s market

-       Being the Product Sales Specialist in region, drive and support SU to achieve target of CP product

  • Responsible to gain market share for the assigned portfolio
  • Drive and support region sales, promotion at OEM, Area sales and End-user
  • Synergize resource with BU and sales to optimize the decision process

-       Deliver knowledge

  • Provide product knowledge and BU strategy internally and externally
  • Organize local promotion activities in the region

-       Develop target and new customers

  • Define target OEM/Project with region sales and BU
  • Develop defined new customers
  • Track the development

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-       Bachelor or above

-       3-5 years sales experience in automation or electrical industry

-       Rich knowledge of SIEMENS CP or competitors corresponding CP products

-       Good communication skills and relative

-       Quick learner and with good sense of business

-       Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up

-       Team work spirit and initiative
