What are my responsibilities?
1. Process Dispatch Requests
2. Spare Part and Tool Handling
3. Monitor service delivery by field staff
4. Scheduling of Planned Service
5. Support the assigned field service team
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Minimum 3-year work experiences in the field of customer service. Clear logic, quick learner and resourceful self-starter, high responsibility. Able to work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks.
