Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?

  • You will be responsible to enter data from customer Purchase Orders into the Optical Recognition system.
  • Ensure the correctness of data entered to the system.
  • Responsible in coordinating with relevant parties to resolve scanning related issues.
  • Practice diligence to safeguard the company's assets and cash flow.
  • Other related duties from time to time.
  • You will actively participate and provide suggestions in handling the business continuity program held in the center.

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Possesses Degree in Business Administration / Secretariat
  • Organized and structure in performing the job
  • Details orientated and meticulous with information
  • Able to work in a team
