我们正在寻找一位有志于推动跨国企业IT应用系统开发和运维技术创新的IT应用管理专家。您将作为我们本地关键应用系统的服务负责人,协调公司内部和公司外部的资源,对本地关键应用系统的全生命周期活动进行管理,通过在业务需求咨询、应用架构设计、项目管理和运维管理等环节采用专业的技术和方法,提高IT应用系统服务的有效性和灵活性。

We are searching an application professional who are passionate to drive relevant IT application activities with professional technologies and to adopt new working concepts for increasing effectiveness and flexibility in IT application area. You will be working with a group of excellent people, act as one of our application technical owners and gain professional growth on business application management area

我们希望您拥有5~8年的应用开发、测试、架构设计和项目管理的专业背景经验,同时如果您对敏捷项目管理、微服务、移动开发等方面有专业经验,并对技术管理有持续学习的热情, 将是我们理想的人选。您也将会在从事该工作中获得IT应用管理领域的深入发展。

You are expected to coordinate internal and external resources to manage the whole lifecycle of business applications, including business requirement analysis, application architecture and solution design, application project management and maintenance service management etc.  Your background with application requirement analysis, development, testing, architecture design and project management in IT outsourcing companies are preferred, and your will be our good candidate if you have experience on Agile, Micro-service and mobile App development.

您的职责

What are my responsibilities?

基于相关人员提供的业务需求,提出合适的应用系统解决方案,将业务需求转换为IT需求和功能设计。

To propose best fit application solution based on business requirement analysis together with business stakeholders, and transfer business requirement into IT requirement and high level solution design.

启动外包采购需求,与供应商管理部门一道,选择合适的IT供应商。

To initiate IT outsourcing requirement and to select qualified IT suppliers together with Service Provider Management team and IT procurement team.

协调相关内部资源和外部供应商人员,管理实施所建议的系统解决方案。

To coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to implement the proposed IT application solutions.

在项目进行中,尤其是在测试和交付环节执行技术质量管控。

To conduct technical quality management for project delivers and to drive for acceptance testing.

管理由IT供应商提供的应用系统运维服务。

To manage application operation services which are being provided by external suppliers.  

在所负责的领域,管理应用系统架构和系统方案的技术发展战略。研究新技术,推动在所负责领域内的新技术创新。

To manage IT application architecture and technical solution strategy for responsible business area, and to investigate new technologies and to drive for technical innovation for responsible business area.  

您的任职要求

What do I need to qualify for this job?

应用系统项目管理的良好经验(3~5年)

Good Experience on IT Application Project Management

软件需求分析、方案设计、开发和测试的工作经验(3~5年)

Good background on software requirement analysis, solution design, development and testing

IT架构管理和IT服务管理的工作经验 2~3年)

Good Experience on IT architecture management, IT service management 

沟通能力、演示能力和文档编写能力

Good communication skill, presentation skill and documentation skill

流畅的英语听说读写能力

Good command of writing, speaking and reading English

自我驱动,能够在适当压力环境下独立完成工作

Self- driven, can work independently and under stressful conditions sometimes

团队合作精神和领导能力的发展潜力

Leadership potential and good team player

敏捷思维、不断学习

Agile mindset and willingness of learning business knowledge and new IT technologies
