-Financial planning or budget, coordinate with all functional team to  to initiate annual budget process and make schedule to finalize MTA, MBR IV planning, monitor and analyze financial result, take measures to reach the target.                 

                                               

-Monthly forecast

Lead to ensure monthly forecast to reflect best estimation and drive strong delivery in financial performance ,complete the monthly report/cockpit for management and GG before deadline to ensure the reports are correct,System loading/review package preparation with forecast data. -Monthly closing and variance analysis

Conduct monthly closing with GL accountant or accounting team and ensure no mistakes or errors

Manage variance analysis to understand what entity miss and how to improve in the future

Complete monthly closing variance walk in good format and be delivered timely

                                   

-Take ownership to manage all different kinds of analysis including recovery, volume, mixture, Margin improvement as well as capex. Responsiable for rolling FC/BU/MBR IV/MTA                                                                     

-Lead to work with BU to provide financial support and professional guidance, provide BU's performance reporting from finance perspective to management team                                                                    

-Annual auditing support                                                                    

 

 

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.

 - Bechelor degree or above, majored in finance managment, accounting ect.

 - Minimum 5 years working experience in business controlling and finance

 - Similar experience in MNCs with business and operation process understanding is big plus

 - Strong knowledge in analyzing and interpreting data in finance/business/accounting areas

 - Good analytical ability and executive summary ability

 - Strong technical skill on software, SPIRIDON. ESPRIT. Microsoft offices, etc

 - Good communication skill

 - Fluent English skill both written and oral
