The main profile of Siemens Energy Management Budapest Plant’s is to develop and manufacture oil and dry type transformers not only for the domestic power grid, but also for the expanding export markets.

What kind of tasks will you have?

  • Responsible for 5S, safety, EHS rules
  • Responsible for Execute Layer Process Audit (LPA)
  • Responsible for Follow Leader Standard Work (LSW) schedule
  • Leading work cell leader and supporting organisa-tion in workshop
  • Create and update competency matrix
  • Create training plan for workshop employees
  • Create balanced holidayplan
  • Align HC related topics (replacement etc.) with HR and Head of Plant CRT
  • Consolidate bonus proposal from work cell leader
  • Create succession plan for Shiftleader and total staff
  • Follow up relevant KPI's / WIG's
  • Review on a daily base the scrap results and cre-ate improvement plan together with Quality and Engineering for workshop
  • Execute production according to the defined plan
  • Drive improvement plan for LEAN initiatives in all work cells
  • Driving productivity for all areas in workshop
  • Organize know how transfer for new processes together with Engineering
  • Alignment with maintenance about autonomous / preventive maintenance for total workshop
  • Manage the communication / informationflow between the different workcells and suppli-er / customer of the workshop
  • Responsible for Quality problem reporting and action resolution
  • Responsible for Budget (headcount and costs) 
What makes you stand out?

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Minimum college level from technical field
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience
  • LEAN tools knowledge preferred
