Job Description

Siemens UN Analyst will be responsible for perform the activities into the scope of UN End User Support Workplace IT.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support End Users on regards of Workplace IT topics: prepare and deliver trainings, clarify doubts (related to Tips&Tricks or IT services procedures);
  • Help on IT End User communication;
  • Organize and perform meetings with IT Champions and/or Key Users
  • Interact with Service Managers in order to give them feedbacks from End Users on how to improve IT services
  • Analyze (together with Service Managers) IT Service KPIs in order to find opportunities on trainings, communication or service improvements
  • Lead small projects/agile initiatives from UN perspective
  • Support IT Projects/Initiatives with trainings, communication or End User engagement on project´s initiatives (e.g. UAT support, UX Design, etc)
  • Local Complaint Management coordination



  • Domain of basic workplace services (including mobile)
  • Domain of Office package
  • Ability to perform analysis on reports and create reports (tables, graphs)
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with IT training delivery
  • English language at upper-intermediate level

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Spanish language
  • Agile methodology experience
  • IT training material development experience
  • IT Asset management lifecicle knowledge
