Job Description

What are my responsibilities ?

  •         Project Budget Planning and forecast, reporting,
  •         Project contract and risk/opportunity management, including negotiation and implementation
  •         Order processing and invoice in SAP, A/R collection,
  •         Commercial daily project execution incl. logistics and procurement management etc.
  •         Commercial bidding activities: commercial bid document preparation, bid calculation, contract negotiation.


- Internal: procurement, legal, tax, division controlling, accounting, LCC, etc.;

- External: customer, forwarders, vendors, etc.

How do I need to qualify for this job ?

  • in English writing and speaking, communication, and computer skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge in finance and international trade. Finance or auditing experience is preferred.
  • Interest in helping and working with customers.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite is a must.
