Perfil de Puesto: Sales Manager.


  • Extensive experience in Customer’s relationships, Sales processes and Strategic Planning to meet budget targets.

  • Multicultural skills set, leadership structuring and managing work teams.

  • Operational experience in Sales & Marketing, Procurement,

  • Knowledge of specific target customers (customer Data Bases and Market Intelligence) and market segments (A&E’s, IOU’s, Engineering Firms, Government utilities)

  • Lead and Improve price competitiveness  thru network with all areas involved in the factory.

  • Evaluate quotation requests, to ensure business opportunities.

  • Direct technical and commercial proposals preparation from Sales team based on SIEMENS internal policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer.
  • 5 + years experienced in similar positions.
  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Industrial, Electrical ort Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • Availability to travel (30%)
  • Fluent Business English and Spanish
