Knowledge of specific target customers (customer Data Bases and Market Intelligence) and market segments (A&E’s, IOU’s, Engineering Firms, Government utilities)
Lead and Improve price competitiveness thru network with all areas involved in the factory.
Evaluate quotation requests, to ensure business opportunities.
Direct technical and commercial proposals preparation from Sales team based on SIEMENS internal policies and procedures.
Sense of urgency and Proactivity
Coaching and developing others
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer.
- 5 + years experienced in similar positions.
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Industrial, Electrical ort Mechanical Engineer preferred.
- Availability to travel (30%)
- Fluent Business English and Spanish
