Then come in and join our team as Business Manager – Point of Care to direct the establishment of pricing strategies, work with sales & marketing to grow the Business and develop business plans, manage lifecycles, and work on product positioning in the marketplace.

Your mission and responsibilities:

Plan and execute business growth strategies for profitable sales and marketing of the product portfolio

Increase market share in target segments and in alignment with the strategic sales and marketing direction

Ensure growth of newly acquired Products in alignment with global business case- POC IT , Epocal

Increase the effectiveness of POC sales teams across the Zone i.e. sales process excellence, metrics for monitoring sales success rate, appropriate CRM application for POC, sales talent acquisition, development and retention,

Conduct Business reviews with key countries-, identifying challenges/ opportunities, and create action plans (Product, Market, Competition, organization, etc.) and follow up metrics

Actively seek opportunities for additional sales in new and/or uncovered POC markets by supporting countries in recruiting new partners or expanding coverage of existing partners (non-central Lab)

Your qualifications and experiences:

Strong experience in a senior role comprising medical device sales and marketing or experience in a senior position responsible for Point of Care testing within an NHS trust

Good Team leadership experience

P&L Management experience

Strategic management insight and experience

Experience in a sales role
