What part will you play?
  • Our department’s objective is to provide governance for the Organizational setup and structure of Siemens while being key contact for the Board as well as the Companies in regards to Siemens Organizational Development
  • You will support the Board with respect to Organizational Development and Organizational Changes and serve as a key point of contact for, particularly, Corporate Development and Governance units. One key element will be the definition of future Organizational Governance in the context of Vision 2020+
  • As an expert in Organizational Development, you will propose guidelines and regulations for designing an organizational structure which aligns with the organization’s strategic goals; you will evaluate their effectiveness
  • You will also discover and use the power of our OrgData to support our business deriving strategic decisions
  • Therefore, you will not only engage with departments/units to consult and assess OrgDesigns but also work closely with our colleagues from the Transformation Lab team that are designing and experimenting with new OrgDesigns and formats

  • You have at least five years of work experience in the area of Corporate Strategy or Organizational Development, solid theoretical as well as experience project management
  • You are a strongly analytical and business oriented personality while being collaborative and team oriented
  • You have track record of achieving results in challenging assignments, in a complex environment, handling multiple priorities
  • You are able to influence multiple levels of the organization and build strong networks internally and externally
  • You possess a strongly analytical and business oriented personality, team oriented, combined with excellent communication skills
  • You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Economics, Social Sciences or STEM fields
  • You are fluent in German and English language
