For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING,we are looking for a SNC DF Serviceability Manager (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 服务经理 南京.
What are my responsibilities?
- In close cooperation with the responsible Service units and product
management he has to ensure that the related Services - according to the product
specific service concept - are available at P.M300.
- Responsible for development and implementation of Serviceability Requirements for a product and/or product family; regarding to service portfolio and strategy
- Evaluation of field experience of Serviceability . e.g. Evaluation of service and repair reports and spare part usage and bring in these results into the PLM teams for product optimization
- Responsible for definition, develop and maintain of product specific service concept, repair strategy and delivery specification;
- Lead customer complaint and issue 8D report
- Special investigation management;
- Proactively collect key customer’s feedback regarding product performance & service status and take preventive actions;
- Support product service training,e.g. to ESP;
- Coordinate SNC product internal service agreement;
- Coordinate customer satisfaction survey and analyses;
- Support customer cases and summary;
- Monitor product field returns, especially from key customers;
- Support ISO9000 , ISO14001, OHSAS18000 and 5S audit, maintain relevant instructions and quality records valid
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above with automation, numerical control, electronics
or industrial related majors;
2. Above 3 years professional service management for service management and improvement;
3. Strong problem solving skill and have quality experience and knowledge;
4. Strategy mind, clear logic thinking and fast learner. Good communication skill.
5. Workable oral English skill.
