Job Description

What are my responsibilities?


"Analyzing and deriving measures (analysis of weaknesses, testing/implementation of professional procurement potentials, competence structures) to create transparency and improve processes in procurement activities.


"Performing Supplier Chain Management Control and ensure that improvement actions could be proposed consistently in the necessary processes (Procurement or Supplier Management)



"Application of Reporting Function and Control tools. Development and introduction on a professional system information.


"Prepare Analysis Reports

to provide special analyses for management and /or Commodity Management.


"Participating/Charging in/of working group and cooperation in projects

to inform oneself and others and to bring controlling expertise into procurement processes.


"E-Sourcing Business

Be familiar on e-Sourcing System and e-Sourcing Concept and assistant SPs to select the most suitable auction module and implement successfully based on the products and projects situation in order to get the most valuable suppliers.


"Contract Management Ability

Good contract management sense, such as periodically contract checking, contract archive, contract expity management etc ) in order to ensure the accurate contracts timelines.


"Follow lean principles and implement continuous improvements within own responsibility.


"Complete other tasks assigned by superior.



What do I need to qualify for this job?


Advanced technical/product knowledge                                        

Experienced in procurement as well as cross-functional cooperation                                        

To be expert in procurement commercial knowledge                                  

Communication and negotiation skill                               

Coordinate with R&D, Procurement and suppliers in the product development process                                         

Operation Microsoft, SAP, presentation                                         

Material cost analysis and risk management   

More than 3 years’ experience in related procurement is preferred.


"Media level:  Good and fast self-study ability is necessary.



Be aware of intercultural differences while communicating, facilitating, and mediating in intercultural/multicultural environments在跨文化/多文化环境中交流、促进、调解时,了解文化差异;
