Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Join our international team, who is responsible for planning and implementation of the global HR Core Learning Program and support us with the following challenges:

  • You proceed with all day-to-day learning administrative tasks and apply learning systems within the team

  • You process all individually assigned tasks and check progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion

  • Furthermore, you complete learning related transactions (i.e. setting up trainings, organizing transport and hotel resources) with involved internal and external parties

  • You communicate (mostly in English) with our internal and external customers (senior managers, coaches, trainers, employees) and help us to deliver the best possible service to them

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • You are currently studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Corporate Learning Management or a similar subject in a German university

  • You are looking for a challenging long-term student job (preferably 2 Semesters or longer) with 16 - 20 h/week

  • You have already got experience in areas like HR or internal Academies, experience in international companies or work / study abroad is a big plus

  • You have in depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Portfolio

  • Besides you possess the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace

  • Great interpersonal skills and an excellent level of English make you to an ideal candidate for our team
