SISW Enterprise Sales Executive-Auto Parts
Ø Responsible for generating revenue through business value proposition following Strategic Value Selling methodology.
Ø Understands and sells solutions for high level business problems with minimal assistance, incorporating all PLM product lines.
Ø Serves as liaison to presales, finance, SI, Partners, and operations with regards to any sales related services and support issues.
Ø Generally responsible for complex sales requiring intermediate product and industry knowledge.
Ø Assists management in devising plans and strategies to support selling to major accounts.
Ø Responsible for all Account Receivables, quotation, and licensing matters.
Ø Establishes and maintains customer relationship independently up to senior management level, and with coaching executive level
Ø Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial control, Automation or information related majors.
Ø 5+ years working experience in software, hardware, ERP, IT solution or other technical products selling and PLM products selling experience in transportation industry will be a plus.
Ø Demonstrable sales skills, good Communication skills and excellent relation building skills.
Ø Partners and Customer focus, and ability to make business decisions with confidence.
Ø Negotiation and objection & conflicts handling skills.
Ø Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Ø Pressure taker and self-motivated.
Ø Willing to travel in China, and willing to work hard and face challenge.
