We are looking for Sales Manager (compressors) located in Moscow.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Pro-actively promote and sell Dresser Rand & Siemens rotating equipment and services by visiting customers on a regular and planned basis;
  • Report competitor & market activity information;
  • Determine how best to deploy all the Company resources in order to maximize bookings & profitability;
  • Develop customer specific strategies to maximize growth;
  • Monitor and achieve bookings targets;
  • Develop strong, long-term, business relationships with customers;
  • Prepare and present professional presentations to customers relating to products to customer management and staff;
  • Develop, discuss, negotiate and finalize proposals with customers;
  • Develop and maintain a detailed territory plan (installed base, overhauls, proactive action plans…);
  • Act as single point of contact when required on difficult company problems with customers to co-ordinate complex customer problems internal and external;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Technical knowledge of Reciprocating & Centrifugal Compressors, Gas & Steam Turbines, mechanical and electrical drives;
  • Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas working experience in both technical and commercial positions;
  • Communication Languages: excellent Russian, fluent (oral and written) English;
  • Well-developed communication, diplomatic and relationship building skills;
  • Good commercial acumen & ability to build strong relationships;
  • Proven ability in driving a commercial operation forward;
  • Already acquainted to the related markets and competitor;
  • General sales skills, including: need identification, questioning, listening, negotiation and closing;
  • Motivated, dynamic & industrious with "can-do" attitude.
What should I know additionally?

Job contract: full time employee agreement
Work site: Moscow, other towns also could be possible;
Work schedule: 5 days weekly, 8 hours daily, 30% business trips;
