What are my responsibilities?
1. Define and implement Branch business strategy including focused business opportunity / application, Top SI/SoP/OEM, competition situation, technical and pricing solution, market and resource transparency
2. Qualify and motivate the related sales with Branch Winning Guide (including sales slides in solution, reference, knowledge transfer etc.)
3. Develop the Top OEM / Top SI together with sales. Build relationship with top SI/OEM to enhance the market share
4. Identify market opportunities in order to win new business via all sales channels
5. Efficiently invest the marketing & promotion. Develop and implement industry specific seminars, roadshow, exhibition, forum to support the dissemination of the Siemens solutions
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Working experience in SF, STO, Yunda, YTO, ZTO etc. is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree or above and major in automation, mechanical or electrical engineering etc.
3. Minimum 5 years experiences in logistics industry or related company or OEM machine builder, Familiar with Siemens, Schneider, Yaskawa, Lenze, SEW etc. product
4. Ability for analyze market and customer requirement, and strategy implement and project follow-up
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skill (Chinese/English)
6. Able to travel frequently in China
