What part will you play?
  • In this role, you will advise and facilitate the development and implementation of Recruitment Marketing strategy in conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Business and Communications for local and global recruiting needs
  • As a digital native you will lead changes and innovations regarding technology, tools and online marketing and provide consultancy to Talent Acquisition
  • You develop and track the metrics to monitor the spend and ROI of Recruitment Marketing 
  • A continuous use of data and market intelligence to recommend and improve recruitment services and processes is also in your responsibility 
  • You actively lead Siemens suppliers for the provision of Recruitment Marketing services and maximise the potential across more than one business/campaign
  • You deliver strategic local & global projects as required for the effective implementation of Siemens Recruitment Marketing strategy including, but not limited to on-campus promotions, business recruiting projects etc.
  • You will handle the development of TA content in tight-knit collaboration with Employer Branding and Communications to ensure that any editorial Is relevant to the business and recruiting needs
  • Furthermore, you will review and establish Recruitment Marketing strategy across the whole candidate journey to enhance the experience aligned with our brand standards

  • You graduated successfully from university with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Human Resources
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing and profound knowledge of Social Media Marketing
  • You are familiar with the latest trends in Recruitment Marketing and you know how to apply these into a Marketing strategy 
  • Project experience in the marketing or communication environment is also part of your professional profile
  • For a minimum of two years you already worked with international teams and you are confident in collaborating with global stakeholders on various management levels
  • Business fluency in English and good German skills complete your profile, further languages would be a plus
