Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
1. Prepares project proposals, business case such as to calculate cost/benefits, resources and budgets needed and provide respective plans and schedules to management.
2. Setup project targets and milestones of project including project schedule, investment, budget. Planning the project working package with sub-project mangers. 
3. Monitoring and track project status: Project schedule deviation tracking as well as escalation.
Responsible for the project related divisions in cooperation with line organisation and overlay-ed management
4. Evaluates external service providers, agrees on service scope, manages effective collaboration and approves work deliveries. 
5. Integrate all project team member and establish a productive team work, Manages assigned personnel, technical, material and financial resources throughout the project. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field.
2. With minimum 5 years experience related to project management and some best practice, Project planning and controlling tool, Project risk management etc. With minimum 3-4 years experience related to production Planning and manufacturing.
3. Excellent leadership skills shown in the ability to work effectively across all functions and levels of an organization, Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong pressure.
4. Strong Lean knowledge and practice experience;
5. Fluent English in oral and writing.
