Human Resources Advisor


Siemens Limited - Human Resources


Responsibilities:

  • Provides first level HR support to managers and employees on resourcing, development, performance management, employee relations, etc.
  • Accountable for executing HR activities such as annual performance management, employee engagement activities, employee development, etc.

  • Responsible for all aspects of talent management cycle, from induction and integration to exit process

  • Drive behavior and culture change in support of company values and initiatives

  • Performs respective HR IT implementation and rollout projects in cooperation with IT partners

  • Ensures maintenance and improvement of respective HR IT applications

  • Oversees effective usage of the standard global IT landscape to efficiently execute HR processes.


Requirements:


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management
  • With 3- 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in multinational or sizeable companies

  • Experience in all round HR functions an advantage

  • Mature, passionate and result oriented

  • Excellence interpersonal, project management and communication skills

  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
