Job Description

Your new role – challenging and future -oriented

• Project Procurement support for Divisions
• Supplier selection, management and development according to Siemens internal guidelines and Siemens Supply Chain tools;
• Detailed planning of the tendering/bidding process, evaluation of the necessary costs and time resources;
• Acquisitions of direct/indirect materials/services and works, according to Siemens internal guidelines (including Export Control and Customs regulations), for tenders/offers and projects in execution phase, including all logistic and order processing related topics;
• Preparation and processing of all related documents (purchase orders, invoices etc.) in SAP and hard/soft copy, ensuring adequate archiving;
• Ensuring adequate electronic and hard-copy archiving of the completed offers/tenders/bids.
• Contract negotiations and follow-up;
Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

• University Graduate – Technical (Electro-technical, Energetic or equivalent), Economic studies or Law;
• English – advanced;
• German represents an advantage;
• Knowledge of the market situation, customers, suppliers, etc.;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant tendering and acquisition experience in the energy sector/industry;
• Basic commercial knowledge;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Negotiation and contract management skills;
• Results oriented;
• Attention to details;
• Problem solving capabilities, ability to push things to an end;
