This is a home based role with travel across the UK.
The Siemens Healthineers Healthcare Consulting and Transformation team provide a diverse portfolio of consultancy services to our partner organisations. The purpose of the role is ;
To support the Head of Healthcare Consulting and Transformation in developing the GB&I portfolio and to help grow the T&A business in line with agreed targets.
To develop relationships with customer organisations and, under minimal supervision, to identify, develop and deliver Healthcare Consulting and Transformation projects which demonstrate sustainable improvement to our customer’s clinical operational and financial outcomes.
To promote the role of Healthcare Consulting and Transformation internally as a key means of developing Value Partnerships and “climbing the customer ladder”.
Your mission and responsibilities:
- Identification, acquisition and implementation of Healthcare Consulting and Transformation projects.
- Providing mentoring and/or project management function for Healthcare Consulting and Transformation projects, as required
- Being the key point of contact with a customer and developing a long term sustainable partnership
- Support the Enterprise Services Business Development Team in acquiring large service contracts and Value Partnerships e.g. Managed Equipment Services
- Promote the Transformation and Advisory Services portfolio externally and within internal divisions to help develop the Healthcare Consulting and Transformation business

Your qualifications and experiences:
Degree in medicine, health economics, economic sciences or an equivalent academic education
Detailed understanding and/or experience of Healthcare delivery, to include processes and economics
Extensive project and practical experience in healthcare and/or consulting
Experience of change management including LEAN transformation
Your personality and skills:
Advanced influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to focus on detail with demonstrable analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability
Excellent organisational and presentation skills
Assertiveness, tenacity, and a self-starter. Must have the ability to engage all members of a diverse team towards a shared objective
Proficiency in standard business IT office systems and Advanced IT skills in business intelligence/information systems.
