What are my job responsibilities?
- Manage and assist Reporting Superior in the overall Energy Management Customer Service (EM CS) regional administration operations including team activities and prepare weekly schedule eg meetings & deadlines
- Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements and claims for Reporting Superior.
- Assists EM CS Malaysia with administrative support.
- Liaise with ASEAN EM CS head in coordinating assigned day-to-day business administration and operations responsibilities.
- Regional administrator for Siemens software tool
- Coordinate for any EM CS workshop internally/regionally
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports for ASEAN region
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires
- Candidate who has at least 5 years experience in administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
- Self starter, proactive and could work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management and organisation skill
