Job Description

Managing diaries, calendars and making appointments
Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
Arrange and schedule international and domestic travels 
Screening all VP’s calls and filtering to appropriate Executives
Accurate reconciliation and submission of expense claims 
Coordinate and organize executive business functions and meetings
Drafting letters, minutes and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
Reports accurately and timely to accountable management
Manages transactions with involved internal and external parties
