What are my responsibilities?
As part of Business Shared Services, Sales back office department is responsible for the review, validation and processing of sales orders, ensuring their completeness, accuracy and compliance with current business rules and policies.
Execution of administrative AR tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global AR product catalogue:
- Customer Account Management
- Contact Business Unit’s and Sales Dept.
- Complaints and reminders
- Customer care (incoming calls and e-mails)
