User Experience/ Delivery Manager


Ensure workplace IT solutions are used effectively and in line with IT standards and Information Security rules. Consult and facilitate user interaction with ordering of IT services/assets. Support users with IT issues not solved according expectations.

Coordinates all Work place activities and support the users on the implementation of all infrastructure projects within the country.
• Supports on-site workplace aiding the users regarding PC delivery, mobile phones delivery, printing services, escalation and site management.
• Acts as "remote hands" to the service desk agents, second and third level support.
• Supports delivery of PC's, mobile phones, supervision of on-site activities of providers including all workplace, data center on-site activities, Fixed Voice and Mobile Communication support topics, support on security incidents, network, etc.
• Supports executive management on-site VIP
• Provides VIP support for hardware, IT services, and mobile devices
• Regional support for global topics, including scoping, roll out support, escalation resolution as well as user/customer awareness and training.
• Supports local topics and non-standard services, e.g. non-standard changes related to voice.
• Manages and controls end-user day-to-day support for all GS IT services
• Provides a single point of contact, the first point of escalation, and ownership for end-user IT processes
• Ensures workplace IT solutions are used effectively and in-line with IT standards and ISEC rules.
• Represents user operational requirements (user experience) in the definition of new demands; Consults and facilitates user interaction with ordering, installing, aintaining and decommissioning of IT services/assets.
• Supports the implementation of non-standard change requests and projects.
• Executes the end user IT-Asset Lifecycle Mgmt.
• Manages and controls end user IT-Asset Lifecycle Mgmt. process (e.g. planning, ordering, configuration, reassigning, decommissioning), through standard policies & automated tools.
• Drives cost optimization and user productivity in collaboration with the business.
• Ensures compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and laws for the country.
• Drives and implements procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and laws (incl’d RIC, ERM, SOX); Coordinates audits, assessments and certification activities.
• Provides standard communication guidelines for Stakeholder, Project, and Employee Communication
• Consolidates and drives Workplace and End-user escalations for all IT Services
• Supports users with IT issues not resolved according expectations.
• Manages software licenses for ARE's under Siemens regional remit.
• Defines/develops/delivers/coordinates training to increase user competence in collaboration with project/service responsible.
• Implements action plans (CSIP) to improve user satisfaction.
