We are looking for an Application Support - German speaker (m/f).
What are my responsibilities?
- Incident resolution within supported applications.
- End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.
- Functional support in Siemens applications.
- Incident resolution in the applications supported in the team.
- Act as single point of contact with the Service Manager and end-users.
- Documenting all actions and communication in the tickets.
- Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Experience in Application Support.
- Experience in Help Desk / Service Support.
- Problem solving and research skills.
- Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Windows systems.
- Professional experience in IT departments support functions, would be desirable.
