* Set the recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy using a powerful set of tools and technologies. Work with the support of our researchers and your own considerable proactive sourcing capabilities to find the best that the talent market has to offer.
* Act as the key point of contact for candidates and only those that have the potential to be high performers get past your screen to be presented to the hiring manager.
* Manage the candidate experience - and often your hiring managers - to maintain a positive Siemens image. Have to leverage our employer brand to build interest and build proactive candidate pipelines for our future needs.
* Be aligned to Siemens businesses so that your understanding of the business can be built and can act as a partner and talent advisor to your hiring managers.
* Network with colleagues in and beyond Taiwan, allowing you to add value by bringing market intelligence, including competitor insights, to the table with your Hiring Managers.
* Have the opportunity to work with your future colleague on project teams across HR in Taiwan and with Talent Acquisition colleagues globally.
