SXVT Account Manager 客户经理
For our Healthcare Division in WUXI, we are looking for an Account Manager/客户经理.
What are my responsibilities?
The position ensures the business development of dedicated OEM customer accounts in China. He/ She is part of a sales team and responsible for executing the sales strategy/accounts plan within his limits of responsibility and the continuous analysis of the respective customers. He/ She is in charge of the development of business and sales & income for the dedicated accounts and overall as responsible counterpart for comprehensive OEM product portfolio to them.
1. Pro-actively identifies, develops & wins accounts by consultative-selling for total PV OEM component portfolio (whole range of PV OEM products portfolio).
2. Develops Account Strategy/Plan and deal win plans and ensure global OEM strategy implementation as well as PV China OEM resources aligned to execute the plan. Builds trust based customer relationship with key accounts especially aware of the decision making approach.
3. Manages technical clarification in detail in cooperation with dedicated R&D.
4. Owns dedicated account relevant quotation, negotiation, contracting and deal closing.
5. Secures fulfillment of orders and coordinates logistic issues.
6. Owns monitoring inventory level to secure high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.
7. Invests personally in development of wide range PV OEM component knowledge.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medical device or related area is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or technical support.
- Knowledge about China’s radiography and fluoroscopy market.
4. Good communication skill and experienced of collaboration with international teams.
5. Good oral and written English skill.
