For our Process Industries and Drives Division in Shanghai, we are looking for a SFAE 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Business Developer 业务拓展 工作地点：Shanghai.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Sales Support:
Supports and drives Regional Sales, Service Sales (proactively / reactively) by identifying and developing customer opportunities based on data analysis and target customers. Visits customers in coordination with Regional Sales to support, consult and drive deals to closure.
2. Offer Management:
Fully understands and negotiates with customer. Validates pricing and examines ability to deliver. Accompanies projects during their execution phase to generate follow-up sales. Maintains for his line of duty a service related proposal pipe-line (e.g. within Philos).
Supports in information collection on customers, market and competitors of his respective Service portfolio in region. Provides input for marketing (e.g. references) and represents service portfolio in marketing activities (e.g. on trade fairs).
4. Service Contracts:
Authorized to sign specific Service contracts together with respective BU in coordination with Regional Sales (in accordance with order approval process and signature guidelines).
5. Knowledge Exchange:
Drives regular knowledge exchange on strategy and portfolio with Regional Sales, CS, CS HQ and sales partners; also works in networks across regions.
6. Service Sales & Business Planning:
Actively supports Regional Sales and Service Sales planning on account and opportunity level for defined service portfolio in defined region. Supports Regional Sales, Service Sales and CS in business planning (BTA), forecasting.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Knows key features, customer benefits and application areas of all CS portfolio elements and has an overview of the market and customers.
2. For his specified CS portfolio elements, he knows the key competitors and the competitive (dis)advantages of and relevant marketing tools.
3.For his specified CS portfolio elements, he has indepth technical know-how and is able to consult with the customer in all aspects with regards to his specified portfolio.
4. Knows basic requirements and relevant IA&DT&CS products, systems & solutions for the specified Verticals.
