What are my responsibilities?
1) Business support to OG&PC Team, including budget and forecasts collection and tracing, CRM system management, Letter of Authorization from Manufacturer/Supplier Checking and following up, and other sales activates support.
2) Business slides and reports support and preparation
3) Promotion and internal communication, including monthly newsletter collection and translation, customers’ promotion activates supporting, department events supporting
4) Daily administration, such as book flight ticket & hotel, prepare travel application and reimbursement, support on sales IT services, manage office assets & supplies administration and procurement
5) Others duties assigned by line manager
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 1-3 years working experience of multinational company is preferable
3) Good command of MS Office, Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report
4) Highly verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as good command of English
5) Good communication and interpersonal skill, a dedicated team player, eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, proactive
